Rooftop on Central is looking for experienced and confident Bartenders to join our growing team.

We’re looking for people who know their way around a busy bar, can provide great service and enjoy working in a fast-paced venue.

Positions Available:

• Full-Time

• Part-Time

• Casual

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience

• Current NSW RSA – essential

• Confident making cocktails and serving beer, wine and spirits

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual and well presented

• Able to work well within a team

• Available across Friday and Saturday nights, with additional shifts available throughout the week

• Weekend and late-night availability is highly regarded

Located in Gregory Hills, Rooftop on Central is a busy hospitality and entertainment venue offering cocktails, dining, DJs, live entertainment, bottomless brunches and events throughout the week.
